  • We measure before and after, so you know it works

    1. Site survey. We walk through the space with you. We note what you use in each area and measure the signal of each network, on each band, in every room.
    2. Report and proposal. We explain what’s failing (infrastructure, equipment or configuration) and what we recommend. The quote separates equipment and service, and is valid for 30 days.
    3. Installation. We schedule it within 8 business days of your approval. We use existing conduits whenever possible and take care of how your space looks.
    4. Setup. We connect your TVs, laptops, printers and other devices.
    5. Final measurement and handover. We measure again and confirm the result with you on site.

  • Warranties

    • New equipment with a 1-year manufacturer warranty.
    • 30-day warranty on installation and configuration.

  • Payment

    A deposit to purchase the equipment and the balance on delivery. We issue electronic invoices (factura electrónica).

Frequently asked questions

Mesh kits work well in many cases. The difference is that we measure your space, place each device where it’s really needed, separate your devices into different networks and leave everything configured and documented.

No. We work with the internet service you already have. If the signal reaching your home or business is poor, we tell you so you can raise it with your provider.

Usually not. We use existing network points and conduits. If a new point is needed, we show it to you in the proposal before doing it.

We schedule it within 8 business days of approving the proposal. In a home it usually takes one day.

Yes. The equipment we install is managed from a cloud app, and we hand over the passwords and access details.

We are based in Bogotá and serve nearby towns. For other cities, message us and we’ll assess it.
